Public Adjuster Process

ON AVERAGE, PUBLIC ADJUSTERS RECOVER 338% MORE MONEY. WE WOULD LIKE TO DO THE SAME FOR YOU. REQUEST YOUR FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION AND POLICY REVIEW BELOW.

Insurance Policy Review

The first step for a Public Adjuster is to inspect your insurance policies. It is important to understand every aspect of your coverage where we know the provisions and limitations to get you the most possible for your claim. We also address immediate questions and concerns about the loss.

Estimating & Inspection

The next step taken would be estimating the scope/extent of the damages to your property. This is where your policy and your specific damages come together through expert interpretation. We provide a detailed review of all damage to your property, documenting damage to all areas, provide line item estimates, calculate quantities, unit cost and total costs. It is our job to prove the full extent of the loss and support that claim through estimation and documentation.

Document Preparation

Next all documentation is prepared on all estimated damages as well as property inventories. We prepare a detailed loss estimate to provide to the insurance company which is meticulously documented and thorough while using industry standard forms which enhances accurate response to your claim. However, chances are they do not respond with a reasonable payout which makes negotiation the next step.

Negotiation

Negotiation is dictated by our expertise in interpretation and presentation. We report details and action items of each meeting on a weekly basis. We communicate all settlement offers to you while recommending whether to accept them or negotiate further. If we cannot come to an agreement, which is extremely rare, the most effective way to get results is the appraisal clause provision in your policy.

Settlement

Once a fair claim settlement has been reached, the insurance company generally writes a check within a few days. Our fee isn’t paid until after your paid. This ensures that our interests are in line with yours, receiving the best possible settlement.
