What types of commercial property do you handle?

Multifamily, HOA and condominium communities, retail and strip centers, churches and non-profits, hotels and motels, and industrial and warehouse properties. Texas only. Commercial properties only — we do not handle residential single-family claims.

My claim settled two years ago. Is it too late?

Texas law provides a two-year window from the date of loss to supplement a claim. If your loss date is within that window, a supplemental proof of loss may still be viable — even on a carrier-closed file. Contact us with the date of loss and we’ll assess the timeline.

How does the 10% contingency fee work?

Our fee is 10% of the additional amount we recover above the carrier’s existing offer. If the carrier offered $200,000 and we recover $400,000, our fee is 10% of the $200,000 difference — $20,000. If we do not recover more than the carrier’s existing offer, you owe nothing.

Will engaging a public adjuster make the carrier adversarial?

The carrier already has a licensed adjuster, legal counsel, and a forensic team working on their behalf. Engaging a licensed public adjuster levels the representation. In our experience, documented forensic evidence — not escalation — is what changes carrier positions. The carriers we work with respond to documented statutory violations and independent pricing support. They don’t respond to verbal requests for more.
